Gift Registry Services Guide

Welcome to Brock Moran Home's Gift Registry where you can create a uniquely beautiful and sophisticated home. We encourage our customers to register for many types of events: Wedding, Commitment, Wish List, Special Occasion, Holiday, Graduation and House Warming.

When to Register
We recommend registering for your wedding or event at least three to six months prior to the date. If you live in Charlotte or are visiting the area, we recommend calling us to schedule an in-person appointment with one of our registry consultants who will assist you in creating the gift registry. You can also view many of the items in person. If you are creating a registry on-line and need assistance, contact us Monday through Friday 10 - 5 and Saturday 11 - 4 via telephone (704.341.6264 or toll-free 888.614.6264) or send us an email at info@brockmoranhome.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

Sending a Gift
Brock Moran Home makes shopping for a unique gift easy. Find your friend's registry on-line, make a selection from their registry and we'll notify them of your selection and make arrangements for shipping or in-store pick up. Also browse our Gift Ideas for your own choice. When a purchase is made, the item count is automatically updated in the registry to let the registrant(s) know what has been purchased for them and what remaining registry items are in-complete.

Completion Program
After your event, you can purchase any of the remaining items on your registry for 10% off. This offer is good toward a single purchase made within a three months after your event for as many items as you wish.

In-Store Registry Service
Make a phone or in-person appointment with a Brock Moran Home registry consultant to help you create a unique look, mix and match artisans and develop your own style. Just e-mail us and we will help you schedule a convenient appointment.

Updating Your Registry
You can update your gift registry on-line at anytime, make changes to your personal profile and add or subtract items to/from your registry. You can view your registry on-line at anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, especially to help keep track of gifts purchased and thank you notes sent.

Thank You Gifts
Thank hosts, wedding party attendants and parents with a gift to show your appreciation. Brock Moran Home has an extensive selection of host and hostess gifts to choose a unique thank you gift.
