Gift Registry Policies


Shipping Policy


We ship FREE for registry order over $75. $7.50 surcharge is added for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Most packages ship via FedEx Ground/Residential Delivery or USPS. Orders typically ship out within 10 business days after they are received by our supplier. In-store items are shipped within 2 days. Our products are handmade by artisans around the world requiring some pieces to take longer. We will contact you via email or phone in the event of a delay, for example the item could be on back-order with a supplier.

Shipping charges for orders shipped within the U.S. are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to any territory outside the continental U.S. Please email or call 704.341.6264 for a quote. Shipping charges apply to any exchanges.


Most of our gift registrants prefer their orders to be held for pickup at the store. We receive, carefully inspect and wrap the gifts in our Brock Moran signature gift boxes with a lovely hand tied grosgrain bow.

Rush Delivery:

You may choose to have your order expedited via FedEx Overnight or Second Day Air service. Please call us at 704.341.6264 to arrange for rush delivery. Additional charges will apply.

Additional Charges May Apply:

Additional fees are charged for certain items because of their weight and size. These items will be noted on our website.

Purchase Confirmation:

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include the information to track your order.

We do not ship orders to Post Office Boxes.

Sales Tax:

Our gift registry only charges sales tax on shipments to North Carolina addresses.

7.25% is added to all orders shipped to North Carolina residents.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, the purchaser may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Any items that are returned by the buyer after 10 days of receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Gift recipients may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a store credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item to us. All items must be in their original packaging. Any items returned in packaging other than the original will be refused.

Items listed on our site as "special order items" cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on engraved items and holiday themed tabletop.

If your item is received damaged, you must notify us immediately within 48 hours via email to or telephone at 704.341.6264. You must keep the entire damaged package including the items when you originally received the package. We will refund you as soon as we receive the claim, or we will send you another package with your item.

If you wish to return an item, first call Brock Moran for a return authorization 704.341.6264. Then ship the package to:

All return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the receipt of the order to receive merchandise refunds.

New, Discontinued or Unavailable Merchandise:

Registered users of the gift registry will be notified of new, discontinued or unavailable items. In the event, an item is no longer available; we can assist you in making another selection.

How Your Information is Gathered:
When making a purchase online, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date.

Our Checkout process gathers billing and shipping information from the purchaser.

Creating a gift registry gathers personal information about you, including your name, email address and mailing address. You may update information within your gift registry profile via the Gift Registry link on our home page.

When signing up for upcoming sales promotions and in-store events, we collect your name, email address and mailing address.

How Your Information Is Used:
Processing your order and notifying you of your order status.
Shipping items you have purchased
Contacting you about your purchase, clarifying information, providing shipping notices, etc.
Billing for your purchases
Notifying you of upcoming sale events or updates to our web site and new services.


This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

We apologize for any errors, but we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy. Occasionally, an image does not accurately depict the product.
